Whether it is for emergency repairs or routine maintenance Ford Service Pro offers a consistent level of service. With extended opening times plus courtesy services, the Ford technicians ensure that Ford Service Pro is the service plan to keep your business moving.
These invaluable services are automatically activated after routine servicing and include;
- VOR (Vehicle off the road repairs) ensures a 24 hour turnaround on your vehicle whenever this is possible to cause minimal disruption or delays for you.
- Collection and delivery of your vehicle after servicing or repairs, again to stop any inconvenience to you
- A free electronic vehicle check, which a Ford trained technician can run on your vehicle between routine services to assess the condition and check for any issues.

Convenient Servicing
With all service and scheduled appointments aimed to be booked in within two working days, minor repairs offered on a while you wait appointment, and all locations being open at least 60 hours a week (including Saturday mornings) we hope to fit around you and your business. Late night service appointments are also available once a week (Thursday) dropping your vehicle off by 4pm, it can then be collected by 10am the next day.
Collection & Delivery / Vehicle Wash
A complimentary wash with all servicing appointments is offered, as well as a collection and delivery service within a reasonable distance by appointment.
Fleet National Pricing
For fleets with 25 vehicles or more, Fleet National Pricing provides the maximum suggested prices; to ensure consistent, value for money routine service and fixed content jobs.
MOTs and more
Speed limiting (VOSA approved) MOTs including class 5 and 7 and tachograph servicing are available.
Priority treatment for urgent repairs
When your vehicle is off the road and a replacement vehicle is unavailable, we will carry out a preliminary diagnosis and order any required parts within 2 hours of the vehicle arriving into us. We strive to complete most VoR repairs same day; exceptions and major repair work may take longer, but the aim is to always keep downtime minimal. If a part delay is unavoidable, repair work will be carried out as soon as the parts come into stock.
One Stop Shop
Ford dealers are a one stop shop for all repair and servicing work. This includes any warranty work to cut down any unproductive downtime.
Ford Parts availability
Parts can be delivered to any location in the UK by 9am the following day, although most parts are held in stock locally.
Ford parts quality
Ford design and engineer all Genuine Ford parts to Ford’s standards. Any parts fitted outside the vehicle warranty come with a Ford ‘fitted in service’ parts warranty for your peace of mind.

1‐Link support
For online service booking, electronic authorisation and invoicing, all Ford dealers are connected to the Epyx’1- Link system. Requests to this system require a response within 20 minutes.
