Sandicliffe, in Welford Road, Leicester, are the official vehicle provider for the Leicester Tigers Foundation. They have renewed their partnership, supplying a fleet of commercial vehicles to the Tigers Foundation to help promote and support community initiatives in the East Midlands.
The seven vehicles include Ford\'s Transit and Connect models and are used by the Tigers Foundation to help deliver programmes throughout the region. This includes supporting schools, lower socio-economic groups and providing engaging activities for children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Nick Osborne, group commercial manager at Sandicliffe Transit Centre, said: "It\'s always exciting to hear about the work that the Tigers Foundation deliver across the East Midlands, and so we felt it was important that we continue to play our role. This latest fleet includes some of our best spec models and we are pleased to be able to continue to do our bit to support community initiatives that are so important to people across the region."
Scott Clarke, Tigers head of community and a trustee of the Tigers Foundation, said: "These new vehicles look amazing and are a delight to drive. Our thanks go to the team at Sandicliffe Transit Centre as their continued support enables the Foundation to continue its great work within the community, meeting the logistic needs of transporting the staff and equipment across the Midlands in style."
