Sandicliffe Join Leicester Hospitals Charity To Secure First Children’s Hospital
Sandicliffe Leicester partner up with Leicester Hospitals Charity to raise money for the Leicester Children's Hospital Appeal.

This comes as our second partnership with local hospital charities and we couldn’t be more honoured to be involved in the improvement of healthcare within the Leicestershire and Rutland area.
Leicester Hospitals Charity has been doing amazing things “to support patients, their carers, and the NHS staff who look after them” since 2002. Sandicliffe Leicester have joined forces with the charity’s #DoThemProud appeal which focuses on securing the first Children’s Hospital in the East Midlands.
Did you know that we are the only region in England without a dedicated Children’s Hospital? As a result, families are torn apart for days on end or transferred from ward to ward causing more frustration and stress than needed in such vulnerable circumstances.
It’s time we do something about this. It’s time to do the children, parents and carers of Leicestershire proud. So, starting now, we are joining forces with the Leicester Children’s Hospital Appeal and we promise we won’t stop until we #DoThemProud.
Gareth Aston, Head of Fundraising for LHC, shared “We are delighted that Sandicliffe dealerships across Leicester have taken on board the Leicester Children’s Hospital Appeal, as their focus for the coming year ahead. We look forward to some exciting fundraising events and opportunities with them, which will help to transform the lives of young people across Leicestershire for the future.”
