Vignale models will not only offer premium trim including bespoke alloy wheels and quilted leather and aluminium detail in the interior but also a brand new ownership experience. Sandicliffe, the East Midlands new Ford experts, are expecting the first Vignale models to arrive in their dealerships in 2015. Adam Ferdinando, Head of New Car Sales at Sandicliffe, said: “Ford have unveiled the beautiful S-Max Vignale which features top of the range 21 inch polished alloy wheels, a new dark finish hexagonal front grille and a ‘menswear inspired’ cabin featuring hand stitched leather to evoke the style of luxury furniture. “However, it’s not just this premium specification that will appeal to East Midlands drivers. Vignale customers will also benefit from a plush, dedicated lounge at their dealer and a dedicated Vignale manager who will be a point of contact for any requests or problems related to the car. “For example, if your car is due for a service, your Vignale manager will arrange for it to be collected from your choice of location. You will receive another Vignale model as a courtesy car and you will have your car returned to you fully cleaned, with any minor scratches and dings buffed out and the wheels fully refurbished.”
The brand new Mondeo Vignale will arrive at Sandicliffe in early 2015 with the S-Max Vignale set to follow it later in 2015. And, if these models are successful, Ford could extend the luxury brand to its entire range. Martin Smith, executive director of design for Ford of Europe, sad: “We are looking at all cars in the range, and we will execute Vignale where it’s appropriate. First of all we’ll concentrate on the larger cars, then we’ll take a look at the others.
