Since 2008, the Ford Kuga has been a popular choice with drivers looking for a stylish, practical SUV. Now, Ford has re-engineered its flagship 4x4 and the brand new 2013 Kuga arrives in our dealerships across the East Midlands this February. Featuring a larger cabin, a raft of new features and a choice of four terrific engines, we expect the 2013 Kuga to leap straight to the top of its class. Rather than making some cosmetic tweaks to the existing model, Ford have redesigned and re-engineered the Kuga from the ground up. What Car? reports that the Kuga boasts a ‘bold new look’ and that the new model has ‘a more mature, family-friendly feel than the old car, and that extends to the ride, which is impressively composed.’ We are launching the new Kuga this February at our sites across the East Midlands. “As well as offering a wide selection of new features and new engines, the new Ford Kuga has also been voted the safest small off-road 4x4 by Euro NCAP experts,” said Adam Ferdinando, Head of New Car Sales at Sandicliffe. “The testers at Euro NCAP were also impressed by the Ford Emergency Assistance system. This comes as part of Ford’s innovative SYNC system and, using mobile phones paired with the Kuga’s Bluetooth connection, it automatically notifies the emergency services in the event of an accident.” Auto Express reports that the Kuga has been a ‘hit’ with its team.
The 2013 Kuga is bigger than before and the magazine reports that ‘its larger interior is more practical and cabin quality has improved significantly’. Car magazine called the 2013 Kuga ‘a very comfort-oriented car, with impressive levels of refinement’. As well as 96 litres of additional boot space the Kuga boasts a kick-operated tailgate and keyless access. You have a choice of two petrol and two diesel engines at launch and a selection of Zetec, Titanium and Titanium X trim levels. Mr Ferdinando from Sandicliffe, the East Midlands’ trusted Ford experts, added: “The new Kuga offers improved levels of refinement, safety and performance rare in a SUV. The first 2013 Kugas will begin to arrive this February and, if you’re looking for a practical and stylish new car, I’d encourage yo
